Best Game Ever!!!!

So I have neglected our blog over the past couple of months, I will try to be better.
Last weekend we were able to go down to Dallas and visit our friends and go to the BYU vs OU game!!! It was awesome!!! They played in the Dallas Cowboy Stadium which was amazing. We had great seats, but the big screen made them even better.

We were all geared up in out BYU gear and hopeful it was going to be a good game.

The stadium had this amazing big screed TV, you could see every detail from the game.

It really was one of the best games we have ever been to. The OU fans were very nice and friendly. The fact that BYU won made it even better!!!

While in Texas we went to the delicious restaurant called Babes, They had 2 things on their menu, fried chicken or chicken fried steak. It was a great environment and the food was delicious!!!

So, I am horrible at updating my blog. Life has been crazy over the past several weeks.
Jesse started a lawn mowing business to do on the side during the summer. He has really enjoyed it. About 3 weeks ago his car died, a valve in the motor went bad. It was cheaper to replace the car than to fix it. So we were on the hunt for a new vehicle. Jesse really wanted to have a truck for lawn mowing but I thought that we should get another car. After seeing the lawn mower hanging out of his trunk and him bagging the grass clippings, he convinced me that it would be a truck. We searched for several days and then found a great deal on a Ford truck (I swore that we would never have another Ford after all the trouble we have had with my Ford Focus, but the deal was to good to pass up.) So now Jesse finally has his truck and he is loving it.

So Jesse and I are totally addicted to 24. We get together ever week with some friends and watch it. I couldn't believe last night episodes, is Tony really bad???? This is one of the best season!!! I can't believe I have to wait 6 more days to see what happens.

Finally an update!!!

It has been forever since we updated our blog. Life has been crazy busy, but with nothing exciting. Here is an short update of what I can remember happening over the past month or so.
Shalyse, my youngest sister, is back running track so we went and supported her at a couple of her meets. I can't believe that she is already a senior, she is growing up way to quick.
Several months ago I purchased fabric for baby quilts, and I am not pregnant. So a couple weekends ago I went to my mom's house and we worked on getting them put together. My mother and sisters are so talented at sewing. We got the little boy quilt put together and most of the little girl together. Once I get them quilted I will have to put some pictures up.
Kendra, my older sister, printed out folder games for kids to play with during church for me. So I have been working on cutting and gluing those together. It is surprising how much time it takes to cut out some of these things.
Last weekend I went to a PA thing in Sun Valley, it was a lot of fun to see old friends. It was snowing most of the weekend, which made me very sad. I am ready for summer to come, I hate the snow!!!
Recently we started working on our garden, we have never been able to have a garden so we are excited to finally have one. The house we purchased did not have a garden so we have been working on figuring out where the best location is and trying to kill the grass. If you have any great advice please share.

4 Years

Yesterday we had our 4 year anniversary, I can't believe how fast time flies. We decided to keep it simple this year. So on Saturday we went out to dinner and a movie. It was great fun.

All day yesterday I was sad because I felt like we weren't celebrating. When I got home Jesse surprised me with a sweet letter and an ice cream cake. Some of our friends invited us over for their sons birthday a couple weeks ago and they had made an ice cream cake and it was delicious. I was telling Jesse that I wanted some more ice cream cake so he made me one. It has my favorite thing, princesses, accessories and M& M, and his favorite things, motorcycles, trucks and fat boys. It has 2 tubs of Oreo cookie ice cream, a container of caramel and a container of fudge, Oreo cookies and chocolate frosting, plus all of the toppings. I would hate to know how many calories are in it. But it was so good that I didn't care, you can celebrate once in a while.

Twilight

Ok, so I finally decided to start reading the Twilight series now that I am done with school and actually have time. Needless to say, I have fallen in LOVE!!! I am 1/2 way through the fourth book and can not stop reading them. It is bitter sweet, I dont' want to finish this book and have to say goodbye to Bella and Edward but it is too good to stop reading. Any suggestions on what to read next to fill the void Edward and Bella will leave?

So we went to West Yellowstone 2 weekends ago with my family and the Kundes. We had a ton of fun. We went enjoyed spending time with the family!!! It is so hard to live away from them. Mylee and Parker loved to go Snow machining.

Sorry it has been so long

Well, I have been wanting to update our blog for a couple weeks but I haven't had the time. Jesse and I bought a house in Mountain Home. For the first 4 months we were living in my parent's camping trailer (thanks Mom and Dad.) We were wanting to sell our house in Pocatello, but the market crashed so we weren't able to. After 4 months of living in the trailer (we had to drive in our car to go to the bathroom or shower) we broke down and decided to rent out the townhouse in Pocatello and buy a house. We closed on our house 12/19 and have been unpacking and settling in since then. We love our new house, it is so nice to have a garage, I no longer have to scrape windows YEA!! I wanted to put a picture of the house up, but I can't find one and I am at work so that will have to come later.
We went to a cabin with my family over christmas, it was so fun!! It was crazy how much it snowed. Christmas is so fun with young children, I can't wait till we have kids. The sad thing is that I didn't even take any pictures, I am not very good at this blogging thing.
After I get off work today we are headed up to West Yellowstone for more fun!! I will try to remember to take more pictures and then upload them next week hopefully!!!

Back 2 Winning

Well, BYU football won again on Saturday!!! Needless to say we were VERY happy!!

We went to Boise to watch the game because no one in Mountain Home has the Mountain channel. Then we got together with Brent and Ashley Eborn, it was great. We went to her nephews grid kid championship football game. He was 13 and they had cheerleaders, refreshments and posters. I couldn't believe how into the fans got, they were doing cheers and chants throughout the entire game. It was a lot of fun. Then we went to one of those haunted corn mazes. Needless to say that I was the only one in the group that got scared. It is like the people that work there can pick out the weakest link and torture them the entire maze. But we did have a lot of fun. Hope everyone has a happy Halloween.

Day of Mourning

So, many of you guys know that Jesse and I are die hard BYU football fans. This season was suppose to be the great season, the one we finally made it to a BCS bowl game. Last night those dreams were taken away, BYU cougars lost to TCU 32-7. So today we are mourning the loss of the perfect season.

Well, here is the first post. I am sorry that it took so long to get out, the first couple weeks of work were really slow. Once I got my license and starting seeing my own patient life turned crazy!!!

This weekend we traveled to Klamath Falls Oregon for one of our dear friends, Nichoelle and Jeremy's wedding. It was awesome. We drove straight to Klamath Falls from Mountain Home on Friday night. It was horrible weather, it was snowing in Oregon and we were on this small road that was right next to the lake. Needless to say I was having a lot of anxiety.

We decided to make the special couple a wedding basket for their honeymoon on Saturday, After the first store Jesse was tired of hanging out with Jaclyn and I. Their wedding was that evening and it was beautiful!! Nichoelle look gorgeous and Jeremy was glowing!! It was a great night. On Sunday we made the trip back, the drive was a lot less stressful without the snow. It was an awesome weekend!!

Conference weekend we went back to Rigby to hang out with the family!! It was so much fun to see everyone again. We miss them so much!! Jed, Brittney and Mylee just moved back from Reno so it was the first time that our family had been together is several months, so we decided that we better take pictures. It is amazing how fast everyone changes. It was a great weekend and we miss them lots!!!

Here are some pictures of my graduation!! It was an awesome day. Brittney and Mylee surprised me from Spokane, they took the greyhound bus and then Mom picked them up in Montana! (Brit said it was really scary) It was a great surprise. My Mom, Kendra, Eric, Parker, Kinzley, Grandma Olsen and Grandpa Clark were there to celebrate with us. (Dad was fishing in Alaska but he was there in spirit) It has been such a blessing to have such great family support throughout my life!!! It was a day of celebration, after graduation we went out to lunch with everyone. Then we took the kids to Ross Park (a fancy water park in Pocatello), Kinzley loved the water. It was a great day!!! Thanks to everyone for all of your support, you guys are the best!!!
